Sword & Sorcery
Hark, adventurer! I’m KS, you can call me Dazz. A storytelling dragon at heart, I’ve woven immersive lore since the last century. My storytelling fires began with adventuring bumblebees. Inspired by westerns and Isaac Asimov’s David Starr Space Ranger, I wrote about space cowboys. Sadly, these tales were lost when my home burned to the ground.
Leaving the roost, I discovered DnD and spent a few years in the US Air Force, then on to college. I became a Game Master, weaving adventures and creating lore often on the fly, as players tend to be unpredictable. As I honed my skills at running captivating games, it solidified my dream to be a creator, and I began to spread my wings.
Over my decades of experience, I created a vast hoard of daring lore, adventures and journeys. Now, it’s time I take these lumps of word-coal, apply pressure, polish with the fires of editing, and turn them into stories and adventure modules for you in two new game systems.
The first is the mini-game series Cutthroat, meant to be played solo, with friends, or even as your favourite TTRPG character sitting at Ye Ole Inn playing their own TTRPG. The rules are simple. No TTRPG experience is required to play.
Coming soon is Meaty Bones. More depth and deeper character creation combines with far lighter rules than Dungeons & Dragons or Pathfinder. The focus of this D20 system is to whip up a character and dive into an adventure right away.
Stay tuned, adventurers! Watch for the occasional dev.log, GM blog post, or Twitch stream for a glimpse into the machinations going on within my lair.
I love to hear about your experiences, including how you fared within Cutthroat or Meaty Bones adventures.

Cutthroat
Sword, Sorcery & Replay
Cutthroat and Cutthroat Crew were designed to be easy to pick up and play. These are the casual times. Replayable adventurous mini-games for those sessions when Doug can’t show, or the crew’s too mind-fogged for the Big Bad fight, and would rather relax at Ye Ole Inn.
Or, if you’ve never played a TTRPG and want something fun, without months of work and weeks of commitment, Cutthroat is for you.
Cutthroat plug-and-plays into any existing system, with simple D6 rules & combat meant to be played in a single session.

An Escape Room Mini-Game
Two guards strode the corridor, counting prisoners.
“This one’s got four.” The one guard grinned. “You owe me 10 silvers after shift change.”
The other guard grunted back then unlocked the cell door. “Git up! Yer all volunteered into the Grueling Jail.”
“Wait!,” a scrawny man yelped. “I–I only stole a sweet roll! It’s not a dying offence!”
Prisoners in the other cells laughed as a guard hauled the scrawny man to his feet. “Then try to escape it.”
“Ha!” The other guard laughed. “Don’t think anyone’ll be betting on him.”

Clarence grinned at Friar Leonard. “Won’t take us long to kick out some naughty children. Easiest gold I’ll ever make.”
A short while later
Clarence took a desperate swig of whiskey and scampered to the corner. “The brooms are alive!”
A horrid stench seeped from under a door. Clarence jumped, one hand balled into a fist, the other clutching the corked bottle like a mace.
“You’re not gonna take me alive!”
The door opened… Leonard walked in, fumes rolling off him. “Do you have that dumb key?”
